Once you receive your profile, you will have to copy it into the correct location so that all your ICC aware software can pick the profile up.

• XP and Vista : use \Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color
  With a right mouse click on the profile, you will get the option to 'install profile' that installs the profile automatically. However, if you are updating a profile, this will not work and you will have to manually overwrite the old profile with the new one.

• Windows NT/2000 : use \Winnt\system32\spool\drivers\color
  Windows 2000 also allows automatic installation as described for XP.

• Windows 98/ME : use \Windows\System\Color

• Mac OS X : use /Library/ColorSync/Profiles
  This directory makes the profile visibile to all users. Otherwise use
  /Users/your username/Library/ColorSync/Profiles
  This directory makes the profile visible only to the current user.

• Mac OS 9.x : use System Folder:ColorSync Profiles
