In order for us to create the profiles, we need you to print a target chart and send it to us. This chart has to be printed in a certain way so that no colour changes are applied to it at all by the printing software or the printer driver. The software packages that you need are the ones that have colour management with the ability to stop all colour changes, and are also the ones that you will be using when you want to print with your profile - the software is termed as being ICC profile aware.

The majority of the more well known photo editors out there support profiles, but not all do, so please check first before you order a profile! (for instance, the popular Paint Shop Pro has some issues with its limited colour management which makes it very difficult to profile with). We've created some guides for the more popular software packages, which you can choose from the menu to the left. These will walk you through the process of printing the profile charts with your software.
